Picture Day is in ONE WEEK (Thursday, September 22) and we need volunteers to work with the children and assist the teachers and photographers!
Responsibilities include:
Get students from class and bring them to the photo area at their allotted time
Make sure each student has his or her own form (not someone else's) if the parent or guardian did not pay online
Help complete a printed form for any student missing his/her form
Make sure each student’s face is clean for the photo
Keep students quiet, in line, and moving through the line (queuing up the next student, etc.)
Upon arrival at SSS, you can check in at the Main Office to sign in and get directions to the location of the photo shoots, which will depend on the weather.
PLEASE NOTE: Any adult volunteer who signs up MUST ALREADY have an up-to-date CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) on file with the SSS Main office.
CORIs can take a week or more for the office to receive back, so please confirm ASAP whether or not you have an up-to-date CORI.

ALSO - due to security protocols at SSS, volunteers can only enter the building to help with photos during their allotted time and at their allotted class. Volunteers should not walk around the school or stop by their child’s classroom, and should exit the building once their allotted time is over.
